At this point, it is very clear that Riot Games doesn’t take Wild Rift seriously. Honestly, they should just leave the vanilla game alone while only making meaningful changes (that make sense) AND stuff these experimental features into a special, separate game mode.

While other MOBAs are actually improving their matchmakings and gameplay mechanics, riot just out the most random bullshit every update 💀 at this point riot is just turning wr into a kid’s game literally, after they changed lux and soraka’s passive and skill I knew what they’re trying to do with the game.

The hexgates are a very good change, especially to move around for contesting objectives and to help top lane feel less of an island. The T-Hex is really just enforcing 5vs5 ARAM over more strategic plays like split pushing or controlling the eneny jungle looking for picks. Hextech Lootkits add another high RNG variable to the game and I don't particularly like that. The dragons being so weak they are almost irrelevant is not being addressed yet and this is very concerning.

Have you played Honor of king? Do you think the current big changes because of honor of kings was released?

It seems they are trying to reduce the impact of individual players and promote even more of a 5v5 gameplay. This should indirectly nerf *human people* who play champs like Lee Sin and Khazix and make them slightly more team dependent. This in turn should reduce boosting, either by friends in duo/trio q or direct account boosting. I don't think the impact will be significant, but if it does work as intended then matchmaking should slightly improve. Unfortunately as a fan of individual skill expression and 1v1s I don't love the direction of the game, but maybe it ends up being even better.

Dude, they say they change herald to keep people from constantly using it mid (which rarely happens low elo, but happens more high elo but then they had added t hex we know for a fact that they will be using it mid 24/7. Also personally would rather they have a hextech dragon which would cause the portals instead of always having them would be better. Im gonna miss old wildrift, I liked how it was like pc league (which is the main reason why I play)
